01Who is responsible
The website is operated on behalf of the REBOULO® Global Business Network. The data controller for each inquiry is the network entity that handles it, as listed in the Legal Notice. The lead controller for this website is to be confirmed by legal review. Contact: info@reboulo.com.
02Data we collect
- Identity and contact you give us: name, company, email, phone, country.
- Request details: division, product, quantities, destination, message, and any files you attach to your email.
- Settings kept only in your browser (language, theme, consent choice, quote drafts). They are not sent to us.
- Web server logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, date, page requested, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics data only if you opt in. Analytics is not active at present.
03Why we use it (legal bases)
- To answer inquiries and prepare proposals: steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep business records and meet legal duties: legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c)).
- To send market updates and use analytics: your consent (art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To secure the site and prevent abuse: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)).
04Sharing and international transfers
Your inquiry may be shared between network entities in Portugal, the UAE and Egypt only as needed to answer it. Transfers outside the EEA use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell personal data. Processors (hosting, email) act under written agreements.
05How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not become business: up to 24 months. Contract and accounting records: as required by law in each country. Mailing-list requests: until you unsubscribe. Web server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
06Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent. Write to info@reboulo.com. In Portugal you may complain to the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados). UAE and Egyptian data-protection laws (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021; Law No. 151 of 2020) apply where relevant.
07Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. It does not store your request on its server: the quote form prepares a summary that you send from your own email program to info@reboulo.com, where it is kept in a password-protected business mailbox. See the Security page for details.
