01What we offer

Industrial generators

Prime and standby sets for factories, plants and mining, 250–2,500 kVA.

Commercial & silent sets

Sound-attenuated canopies for hotels, retail, offices and hospitals.

Residential & backup

Automatic standby for villas and compounds with ATS integration.

Portable generators

Open-frame and wheeled units for sites, events and field teams.

Containerised power plants

ISO 20/40 ft modules with synchronisation for scalable capacity.

Controls, ATS & service

AMF controllers, transfer switches, load banks and maintenance plans.

03How it works

  1. Load audit: connected loads, motor starts, critical circuits.
  2. Sizing in kW/kVA with power-factor and growth margin.
  3. Configuration: fuel, enclosure, controller, ATS, tank autonomy.
  4. Proposal with datasheet, delivery terms and warranty.
  5. Delivery, installation support, commissioning and load test.
  6. Service plan and spare parts.

04Safety & compliance

Ventilation & exhaust

Never run indoors. Exhaust routed away from openings to prevent carbon monoxide build-up.

Earthing & protection

Correct earthing, RCD/earth-leakage protection and breaker coordination by a qualified electrician.

Transfer switching

An ATS or interlock prevents back-feeding into the utility grid.

Fuel handling

Bunded tanks, refuelling only when stopped and cool, spill kits on site.

Noise compliance

Canopy rating matched to local noise limits for residential and night-time use.

Commissioning records

Load test, protection settings and handover checklist documented.

Solution scenario · PWR

Standby power for a 150-bed hospital

Challenge
Critical loads must transfer in seconds during outages, with redundancy for maintenance.
Approach
N+1 diesel sets with synchronising panel, AMF control and bunded day tanks.
Deliverables
Load study, single-line diagram, datasheets, commissioning report.
What we measure
Transfer time, monthly test log, fuel autonomy hours.
Containerised power for a remote siteIllustrative render
Solution scenario · PWR

Containerised power for a remote site

Challenge
A remote operation needs reliable prime power with fast mobilisation.
Approach
Two containerised modules with synchronisation, remote monitoring and service plan.
Deliverables
Container layout, datasheets, service schedule.
What we measure
Uptime %, fuel consumption per kWh, service intervals.

08Questions

Where are REBOULO® generators made?

In Türkiye, by our manufacturing partner GENEREKO, under the REBOULO® brand.

What is the difference between kVA and kW?

kVA is apparent power; kW is real power. Most generator ratings assume a power factor of 0.8, so a 100 kVA set delivers about 80 kW.

Standby or prime rating?

Standby covers grid outages for limited hours per year. Prime is for sites where the generator is the main power source with variable load.

Do you supply 60 Hz units for Saudi Arabia?

Yes, configurations can be specified for 60 Hz markets. Confirm voltage (e.g. 220/380 V or 230/400 V) in your RFQ.

Can you supply a datasheet before ordering?

Yes. Every proposal includes the manufacturer datasheet for the configured model.
